Session Three: Create Plan of Action Workshop
An idea without a plan is not an idea. Leaders will see how serious you are that you did your research and you want to see this happen. So convince them that this will work.
Session Four: Perfect Your Pitch Working Session
Pitching is a very important part of idea development. Why? Because you will have to pitch to some very important people. And it can be scary for some. We will eliminate the fear as well as some one on one role play.
Session Five: Delivery Preparation Session
This is a free work session where we prepare for you to deliver your idea to your leadership team.
Session Six: Delivery and Follow Up Review
Let’s follow up. Let’s talk about it. Our entire session will be focusing on your pitch. We will evaluate your session based on how you felt delivering it, the vibe during and what happened at the end.
